Who We Are

We Architect Cloud, We Don't Just Relocate It

Way2Smile Solutions is a Dubai-based team building cloud solutions for businesses that need infrastructure to actually support how they operate — not a generic environment that technically works but wasn’t designed for their scale, traffic patterns, or budget. Our work spans architecture, deployment, security, and ongoing management across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Most businesses come to us at one of two points: building something new and wanting it cloud-native from day one, or realizing their current cloud environment is costing more, performing worse, or harder to secure than it should be. Either way, we start from the same place — understanding what the system actually needs to do before deciding how it’s built.

Capabilities

Our Cloud Solutions

Cloud work covers more than moving servers. Here’s what our cloud solutions include, and where each one fits.

Cloud Architecture & Infrastructure Design

We design cloud environments around your actual traffic patterns, data needs, and growth plans, so the infrastructure is sized for what you need now and can scale without a rebuild later.

Cloud-Native Application Development

We build applications designed for the cloud from the start — containerized, horizontally scalable, and able to handle demand spikes without manual intervention.

Cloud Migration

For businesses moving existing systems to the cloud, we assess what’s worth migrating as-is, what needs re-architecting, and what’s better left where it is.

Cloud Cost Management

We monitor and optimize cloud spend continuously, identifying oversized resources, unused capacity, and mismatched pricing tiers before they inflate your monthly bill.

DevOps & CI/CD Implementation

We build automated deployment pipelines so releases are consistent and repeatable, instead of a manual process that depends on one person’s knowledge.

Cloud Security & Compliance

We configure access controls, encryption, and monitoring correctly from the start, since most cloud security incidents come from misconfiguration, not sophisticated attacks.

Managed Cloud Services

Ongoing monitoring, scaling, and support after deployment, so your environment stays optimized as usage changes instead of drifting into cost or performance problems over time.

Why Choose Us

Why Businesses Choose Way2Smile for Cloud Solutions

Cloud only delivers value when it’s architected around how your business actually runs — not a default setup that scales the wrong things and leaves the real bottlenecks untouched. Here’s how we make sure that’s the case.

who-we-are
1

Architecture-first, not infrastructure-as-default

We design the cloud environment around your actual workload and growth pattern, instead of applying a standard setup regardless of what you’re running.

2

Platform-agnostic recommendations

We work across AWS, Azure, and GCP, and recommend whichever fits your existing stack and team, not whichever platform we have a reseller relationship with.

3

Cost monitored continuously, not audited once

We build cost tracking into the environment from day one, since cloud spend tends to creep upward gradually, not in one obvious spike someone catches immediately.

4

Security configured by default

Access controls and encryption are set up correctly during the build, not treated as a separate hardening pass after something’s already live.

5

Built to scale without a redesign

Our architecture decisions account for where your usage is headed, so growth doesn’t force a rebuild that a better initial design would have avoided.

6

Support that continues after deployment

Cloud environments need ongoing attention as usage and requirements shift. We stay engaged instead of considering the job done at launch.

Not Sure If Your Cloud Setup Is Working For You?

We’ll start with an honest look at your current environment and where it stands — then tell you plainly what’s worth building, fixing, or leaving as-is.

Industries We Serve

Where Cloud Solutions Actually Pay Off

Cloud infrastructure earns its cost fastest where traffic is unpredictable, systems need to scale on demand, or security and uptime carry real business risk. Here’s where that shows up most in our work:

Government
Citizen-facing digital services needing reliable uptime and strict security configuration, typically with specific compliance and data residency requirements.
Government
FinTech
Transaction systems requiring continuous uptime, strict access controls, and audit trails built into the architecture, not added after the fact.
FinTech
Retail
Traffic that spikes hard during sales events and sits quiet the rest of the month, needing infrastructure that scales for demand without year-round overpayment.
Retail
Healthcare
Patient data systems requiring strict access controls and reliable uptime, often shaped by data residency requirements for where infrastructure can live.
Healthcare
Logistics
Real-time tracking and dispatch systems processing constant data from moving fleets, needing infrastructure that scales with delivery volume.

How We Build Your Cloud Environment

Every cloud environment we build starts with your actual workload, not a standard template applied regardless of what you’re running. Here’s how that plays out from first assessment to ongoing support.

01

Assess

We evaluate your current environment, workload patterns, and goals to understand what the infrastructure actually needs to support.

02

Architect

We design the cloud environment — provider, structure, scaling strategy — based on your real requirements, not a generic template.

03

Build or Migrate

We deploy new infrastructure or move existing systems, re-architecting where it adds real value rather than moving problems as-is.

04

Secure & Validate

We configure access controls and run testing against real usage scenarios before anything goes live.

05

Manage & Optimize

We monitor performance and cost continuously after launch, adjusting as your usage and requirements change.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

01. Is moving to the cloud actually going to save us money, or just move the cost somewhere else? +

It depends entirely on whether the migration is architected correctly, and the honest answer is that a straight “lift and shift” — moving a server as-is into AWS, Azure, or GCP — often costs more than staying on-premise, because you inherit cloud pricing without any of the cost efficiencies cloud infrastructure is actually built for. Real savings come from right-sizing resources, using autoscaling instead of paying for peak capacity year-round, and re-architecting workloads to take advantage of pay-for-what-you-use pricing. We run a cost projection before migration, not after, so you know which outcome you’re actually getting.

02. How do you decide between AWS, Azure, and GCP for a project? +

The decision usually comes down to what’s already in your environment, not which provider is “best” in the abstract. If your business already runs on Microsoft tools (Office 365, Active Directory, SQL Server), Azure typically integrates more cleanly. If you need the broadest range of managed services and global infrastructure, AWS often fits. GCP tends to win for data-heavy and machine learning workloads, given its tooling in that space. We’re not tied to reselling one provider, so this recommendation is based on your stack and team, not our margin.

03. What actually happens to our systems during a migration — do we lose uptime? +

It depends on the migration approach, and we plan around whichever answer matters most to you. A phased migration — moving workloads incrementally and running old and new systems in parallel during the cutover — avoids the downtime risk of migrating everything in one event. For businesses that can tolerate a short maintenance window, a single cutover can be faster and cheaper. We scope this decision with you upfront, since “zero downtime” and “fastest migration” sometimes pull in opposite directions.

04. We're worried about vendor lock-in. Does building on one cloud provider trap us there permanently? +

Some lock-in is unavoidable if you use a provider’s proprietary managed services, since those don’t have a direct equivalent elsewhere. We reduce that risk where it matters by using containerization and infrastructure-as-code, which makes workloads more portable between providers if you ever need to switch. For most businesses, full multi-cloud portability isn’t worth the added complexity it introduces — we’ll tell you honestly if your specific situation is one of the exceptions.

05. How do you know if our cloud environment is actually secure, not just "set up"? +

A cloud environment being live isn’t the same as it being secure — most cloud security incidents come from misconfiguration (an open storage bucket, an overly broad access policy), not a sophisticated external attack. We run access control audits, encryption checks, and monitoring setup as a standard part of every build, and we can run a security assessment on an existing environment even if we didn’t build it originally, to flag what’s exposed before it becomes a problem.

06. Our cloud bill keeps growing every month and nobody can explain why. Can you fix that without us starting a whole new project? +

Yes — this is one of the most common calls we get, and it usually doesn’t require a rebuild. Cost creep typically comes from resources that were spun up for a project and never shut down, storage tiers that were never adjusted as data aged, or compute sized for a traffic spike that never got scaled back down. We run a cost audit on your existing environment and typically find savings within the first review, before recommending anything beyond that.

07. Do we need a full cloud migration, or is our current setup actually fine? +

Not every business benefits from moving to the cloud right now, and we’ll say so if that’s the honest answer. If your traffic is steady and predictable and your current infrastructure is performing fine, a migration is a cost with a long payback period rather than an urgent fix. Cloud infrastructure earns its cost fastest for businesses with unpredictable traffic, plans to scale quickly, or systems that already need replacing anyway — we’ll walk through where your business actually falls before recommending a project.

08. What happens if something breaks in our cloud environment at 2am? +

That depends on what level of managed support you have in place, which is a decision we make explicitly upfront rather than assuming. Our managed cloud support includes monitoring and alerting configured to catch issues before they cause downtime, with defined response times for incidents. If you’re not on a managed support plan, that’s worth deciding before an outage happens, not during one.
